The east trunk line of Shandong pipe network constructed by Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine has been completed. It was reported from Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Company that with the completion of the welding of the last pipe orifice of the east trunk line of Shandong pipe network stake No. RJX021, it marked that the 79.8 km pipeline in the six sections of the project contracted by Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Company was fully connected.

Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Company starts from Ju County, Rizhao City, and ends at Hedong District, Linyi City. From north to south, it successively passes through 4 counties, districts and 9 towns, including 232 greenhouses and breeding sheds along the line, 69 rivers and roads. The outsourcing environment is complex. In addition to the impact of the epidemic situation, the rapid progress of the project is difficult. Xionggu technical service team and Jianghan Oil Engineering & Construction Project Department works together to overcome difficulties, reduce construction breakpoints and ensure the continuity of automatic welding machine set through technical optimization and other measures in combination with fully automatic welding construction characteristics. It has set a new record for a single unit to weld a single day of 1219mm pipe diameter and 66 crossings with the same diameter and configuration of units. Through scientific organization and careful planning, the whole line of this section is completed 2 days ahead of schedule, laying a solid foundation for subsequent production on schedule.
