Till December 26th, 2022, the 4^th West-East gas pipeline Project Department of Lioahe Oil Engineering & Construction Co., Ltd. has completed the production goal of welding 200km pipeline by the end of the year, five days ahead of schedule, with the result of completing 200.44km of pipeline welding.

It is understood that the 4^th West-East gas pipeline starts in Wuqia County, Xinjiang and ends in Zhongwei City, Ningxia. The total length of the pipeline is about 3340 kilometers. Since the commencement of the project on August 22, 2022, Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine has been the main welding equipment of the project. Based on the principle of "scientific organization, quality assurance, safety and efficiency, duration assurance, and civilized construction", the Western Fourth Project Department has formulated a production plan, refined the division of responsibilities, and paid close attention to the implementation of responsibilities. In combination with the actual situation of the project, it has developed a construction strategy for simultaneous operation of multiple disciplines and types of work to ensure the safety and quality of the project efficient promotion.

In the process of construction, faced with problems such as complex terrain conditions and changeable climate and environment, the project department formulated countermeasures scientifically, actively communicated and coordinated, and effectively guaranteed the smooth progress of the project construction. As of January 3, 2023, 210.7 kilometers of pipeline welding have been completed. In the next step, the project department will strive to complete the welding of the pipeline body by the end of May 2023, and complete the ball pass pressure test by the end of the year, laying a solid foundation for the project to be completed on schedule.
