The second lot of Zhangzhou LNG connecting pipeline of Fujian natural gas pipeline network phase II project is located in Longhai district and Zhangpu County, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province. It starts from the north side of Tulan, jiaobian village, Baishui Town, Longhai District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province, with pile number ALH131, and ends at Shezi village, Chengxi Town, Longhai District, Zhangzhou City, Fujian Province (Chengxi connecting station), with pile number ALH391. The total length of the line is 41.71km, the pipe diameter is 1016mm, the steel grade is L485M, and the design pressure is 10MPa. The wall thickness includes 17.5mm, 21.0mm and 26.5mm, mainly 17.5mm.

Zhangzhou, Fujian Province is mountainous, with high terrain in the northwest and low terrain in the southeast. The Bo Ping Ling Mountains lie across the northwest boundary, and the remaining veins of Dai Yun mountain go deep into the north, with dense water networks along the whole line. The terrain is very difficult, the construction site is difficult, and the slope of some areas is high, which makes the construction process must be organized in an orderly manner. In this complex low-quality weather, plus the influence of complex conditions such as vertical and horizontal roads and more rain. 

Xinjiang Oil Engineering and Construction Co., Ltd. has adopted 20 units of Xionggu automatic pipeline welding machines A-305 (single torch automatic pipeline welding machine), 20 units of A-610 (double torch pipeline automatic welding machine) and 2 units of A-806/36 (internal welding machine). The project was started on November 5, 2021. At present, four spreads are under construction at the same time. Up to now, the whole construction process has been very smooth. The on-site service personnel of Xionggu company guarantee the construction on site and ensure the good operation of the equipment. Xionggu automatic pipeline welding machine has been recognized by the majority of pipeline EPC contractors, it will continue to contribute to the new pipeline project in 2022.
