According to Xionggu,Erdos Anping Cangzhou Coal Gasification Gas Pipeline includes 1 mainline and 5 branch lines. The total length of the pipeline is 2293 km, of which the length of the main pipeline is 881 km, capacity is 30 billion m3/a, pressure is 12 MPa, and the diameter of the pipeline is 1219 mm.Phase I of the project is scheduled to be completed in 2019. Xionggu DPS-500P and MPS-500 welding machine have been applied in batch. 2 pcs of Xionggu A-810/48 internal welding machine, 10 pcs of A-610 dual torch automatic external welding machines have been applied. 10 pcs of A-300X single torch automatic external welding machines have been applied too.
