The “Emergency mission · 2022” exercise of earthquake relief and disaster relief in Plateau regions kicked off on May 11th, 2022.

The exercise set up a training ground in Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province, and a sub exercise ground in Jiayuguan, Jiuquan, Jinchang, Wuwei and other four cities. The exercise simulated a 7.5-magnitude earthquake in Ganzhou District, Zhangye City, Gansu Province. A total of 18 categories and 41 specific exercise subjects are set up, with a total of more than 5000 participants. The PipeChina undertakes the drill tasks of 11 subjects in the four scenarios of "rescue action for oil and gas pipeline leakage and explosion" in this drill: pipeline explosion and fire, preliminary disposal, crude oil pipeline repair disposal, and natural gas pipeline repair disposal.

Xionggu pipeline automatic welding machine participates in the leakage welding drill of natural gas pipeline and successfully completed the drill task. The integrated equipment workstation facilitates the transportation and management of pipeline maintenance and repair equipment.
